How to Add Shipments to Event Automation

Step-by-step adding additional shipments to an Event automation

**Important**

Event and Drip Automation's will need to be Duplicated in order to send to recipients that have already been through the automation in its entirely already.

  1. Go to Saved Automations

  2. Click on Launch to the right of the automation

  3. Click PAUSE Automation

  4. Click Configure

  5. Click Manage Shipments

  6. Click the + (plus) symbol above or below any current shipments, where you would like the shipment to be.

    1. Note: event date automations can essentially be in any order as the shipments trigger based on the Month and day they are set to not their order in the automation.

  7. First Add an Item

  8. Select a Gift or toggle to the Saved Projects tab for your edited projects

  9. Select item for the shipment

  10. Name the Shipment (default is New Shipment)

  11. Select the Date the shipment is to trigger

    1. Note: the year is ignored, this automation triggers based on month and day only - but to have an accurate day of the week you send it, go to the current year

  12. If you have the QR code feature add your URL for the shipment

  13. Click Save Shipment

  14. Repeat steps 6 - 12 for additional shipments

  15. Click Save Changes

  16. Click Launch > Activate Automation

  17. You are done!

As always you can use the chat feature in the lower right corner to have a representative check your automations for you.

**Important**

Any Contacts that have completed the last shipment in an automation will show up in the Analytics page in the Completed section, and will not go through this automation again, nor any new shipments added to it.
