Log into your account and click on "Saved Automations"
In the top right click the dark Blue button: "Create a New Automation"
Give your Automation a name (Recommended to create a name that is brief and describes the automation - No special characters)
Select Drip (Time Release Automation) if it is not already
Scroll down and select the Dark Blue "Create New Automation"
Click the Dark Blue Button "Add Your First Shipment"
Click "Add an item"
Select Saved Projects tab at the top to toggle to your personalized cards and projects
Select the card to go in this first shipment **Note you can add a gift but whatever additional projects you add here will go in ONE shipment and shipping and handling will go up based on size, weight etc**
Create a Shipment name that applies to the automation (Week 1, Thank you, Nice to meet you card etc.)
For "When to send" leave the first shipment at 0 (immediately) as generally once you activate the automation you want it to start processing. If you have a number here, that will be the delay before it starts.
If utilizing the Dynamic QR code merge field you may add a URL to this shipment level in the section "Shipment QR Code" (See article for dynamic QR codes for additional information on this feature.)
Click the dark Blue button, "Save Shipment"
Now additional shipments may be added
Click the PLUS button below the first shipment you created
Add an item
Select Saved projects
Choose your card
Create a new Shipment name for the second shipment to differentiate it from the first
"When to send" this is where you change it to the gap you want between shipments, i.e., 5 days, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days etc.
QR Code for THIS shipment if needed and different.
Save Shipment
Repeat steps 15 - 22 for as many shipments as you are needing to create in this automation.
Last two steps will be to add a group/mailing list from "Manage Recipients" and then Activate Automation **Only activate the automation when you are sure you are ready for it to start processing**
