How to Cancel an Order

Realized a mistake? Need to cancel - you have a 3 hour window

You have up to 3 hours to cancel an order, to do this follow these steps:

  1. Click on your Avatar in the top right corner then click on ORDER HISTORY

  2. Select Order History

  3. You may need to expand the order information to access the Cancel button, Click on the Pink cancel button

  4. If you have a large order that requires bulk cancellation please notify customer support for efficient cancellation

  5. Once an order has gone to "Print" status we are no longer able to cancel the order
